Repair soldering is to check the PCBA of the wave soldering furnace, and then manually repair the soldering iron for the solder joints with insufficient solder.
DIP plug-in is the most important link in the PCBA processing line for supplier and manufacturer, and its processing quality will directly affect the quality of PCBA processingin China. When performing DIP plug-ins, we need to pay attention to the following matters.
1. Be sure to stick the PCB flat, and the surface of the circuit board after plug-in should be flat. There can be no warping. The side with the font must be on it.
2. For components with bidirectional directional markers, factory must pay attention to the direction of the plug-in, and when plug-in, the inserted electronic components cannot exceed the edge of the PCB board, and pay attention to the height and pin spacing.
3. When inserting, it is necessary to ensure that the surface is flat and clean, and there can be no dirt on the surface.
