According to different products and different customer requirements, PCBA test will be different. In general, PCBA functional test for factory and manufacturer is to develop a specific test process, the basic PCBA testing process is as follows:
Program flashing→ ICT test→ FCT test→ aging test
1. Program burning
After the PCBA board completes the front-end soldering process, the engineer from reliable suppliers in China begins to program the single-chip microcomputer in the PCBA board, so that the single-chip microcomputer can achieve specific functions.
2. ICT testing
ICT testing mainly realizes the test of open circuit, short circuit and soldering of electronic components of PCBA by testing the test point where the probe contacts the PCBA. ICT tests are relatively accurate, clearly indicated, and widely used.
3. FCT test
FCT test can test PCBA's environment, current, voltage, pressure and other parameters, the test content is relatively comprehensive, to ensure that the various parameters of the PCBA board meet the designer's design requirements.
4. Aging test
The aging test ensures the stability of the product by continuously powering the PCBA board continuously, simulating the user's use scenarios, detecting some defects that are not easy to find, and verifying the service life of the product.
After a series of PCBA tests, the PCBA board with no problem can be labeled as qualified, and finally packaged for shipment.
